Order Policies & Procedures
Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notification due to unforeseen manufacturers’ price increases or decreases. Quotes are valid for 30 days on in-stock parts. Quotes on parts not in-stock are estimates only and are subject to change.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. EPP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Orders may be placed via the website at www.epartsplus.com, telephone, fax or e-mail. For customers requiring product information assistance, please contact EPP customer service to ensure accurate and timely processing.
EPP will ship your product as it becomes available unless the customer requests otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. EPP customer service will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock or otherwise unavailable for immediate shipment.
Minimum Order Limit
All orders will be subject to a net $25.00 minimum. A surcharge may be assessed against the net balance of the parts to meet the minimum of $25.00.
All cancellation requests will be subject to review. Orders placed via the EPP website (www.epartsplus.com) are acknowledged as non-cancellable. Cancellation requests for phone, fax or e-mail orders will be processed only if received before the order is invoiced or shipped.
Orders for in-stock parts received at EPP customer service prior to 3:00 PM PT will be processed the same business day. All orders received after 3:00 PM PT will be processed the following business day.
International standard orders will ship same business day, depending upon commercial invoice, associated paperwork and shipping carrier availability.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays, will ship the following business day.
EPP cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Shipping or transit time estimates are not a guarantee of a delivery date. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Tracking may or may not be provided on the date the order is processed.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, EPP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EPP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EPP shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
You shall be responsible for payment of all goods purchased, along with freight, insurance, impounds, tariffs, duties, and sales, use, excise, or any other taxes or assessments levied by a federal, state, municipal, or other governmental authority. Full payment, along with any applicable taxes, impounds, tariffs, or duties, shall be paid to EPP promptly upon your receipt of an EPP invoice.
