TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the purchase of goods specified in a customer order and constitute the entire agreement between EPP (EPP) and the customer.  EPP’s acceptance of your purchase order is expressly made conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, which are in lieu of any additional or different terms contained in a purchase order or other document or communication pertaining to your order. Your assent to the Terms and Conditions herein shall be conclusively presumed from your acceptance of all or any part of the goods purchased, or from payment by you for all or any part of the goods purchased, whichever occurs first. None of these Terms and Conditions may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered, nor shall any other terms or conditions proposed by you, which are different from or in addition to the Terms and Conditions, shall bind EPP, and shall be of no effect, unless expressly agreed to in a signed writing by EPP. Failure of EPP to object to any other terms or conditions which may be contained in any document or form shall not be construed as a waiver of these Terms and Conditions, nor as an acceptance of any such terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

EPP maintains a staff of trained parts representatives to assist customers.

EPP maintains an inventory of stock parts to service a variety of equipment models and ship promptly in response to customer needs per identified time frames.

Customers

EPP sells parts for service and repair to a varied distribution network.
